Below you’ll find our policies — thoughtfully crafted to ensure your experience with us is joyful, fair, and worry-free.

This Agreement is entered into between Fable & Fleur LLC (“Fable & Fleur,” “we,” “our”) and the client (“you,” “your”) for the provision of holiday decorating services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership of Décor
All ornaments, garlands, wreaths, trees, and other décor items provided by Fable & Fleur remain the property of Fable & Fleur LLC.
2. Responsibility for Loss or Damage
You are responsible for ensuring the safety of our décor while it is installed in your home, business, or event space. If any items are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear, you agree to pay the market value listed on our website for replacement. Normal wear and tear (e.g., light scuffing, minor glitter loss) is not charged.
3. Service & Payment
🎄 Payment for decorating services is due as outlined at booking.
🎄 Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled service are fully refundable.
🎄 Cancellations made less than 7 days before your service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
🎄 Completed services are non-refundable.4. Liability Disclaimer
Fable & Fleur takes care when installing décor; however, we are not responsible for: Damage caused by pre-existing conditions in your space (e.g., fragile furniture, unstable fixtures). Injuries, accidents, or issues arising from your handling of décor after installation.
5. Termination of Services
Fable & Fleur reserves the right to remove décor or terminate services if terms are violated, including non-payment or misuse of items.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
By booking our decorating services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms above.

Decorating Services
Cancellations: If you cancel 7 days or more before your scheduled decorating date, you’ll receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
Completed Services: Once a decorating service has been provided, it is non-refundable.
Physical products - this applies to things like live wreaths, garlands, and live potted plants that you have purchased.
48 hour cancelation policy - Because of the custom nature of our inventory, a full refund will only be given if the cancelation is made within 48 hours of purchase. After that time, the creation of your item has already begun.
If it has been more than 48 hours since the order was placed but the item has not been delivered yet. - In this case, a 50% refund will be given.
For products that have already been delivered - There will be no refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info.fableandfleur@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
